From time to time, corrupted browser cache data can affect performance in Evercloud. A good troubleshooting step is to clear your browser caches.
Clear Cache In Chrome, Edge and most other browsers
To clear the cache in Chrome, Edge, and many others, follow these steps:
- Open your browser
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard to bring up the "Clear browsing data"
- Check the Cookies and other site data option
- Check the Cached images and files option
- Deleting your Browsing History is optional
- Click Clear Data
- A confirmation message should appear
- Restart your browser
Clear Cache In Internet Explorer 11
To clear the cache in Internet Explorer 11, follow these steps:
- Open Internet Explorer 11
- Click the Settings icon (top right corner) and click Safety
- Check the Temporary Internet files and website files option
- Deleting your History is optional
- Click Delete
- A confirmation message should appear
- Restart Internet Explorer 11
