In Evercloud, there is a customer profile page to collect important metrics on your facility. Accessing this page is easy. Keep this information up to date for accurate steam loss, notification and and savings data.
- Use the gear icon
dropdown menu
- Select the "Management" option
- Click on "Customer Management"
- Input any missing information or relevant updates
- Important Notes:
- In order to receive Evercloud notifications, the "Steam System Status" button must be selected
- The Cost of Steam value directly contributes to savings calculations presented on a quarterly basis
- In order to receive Evercloud notifications, the "Steam System Status" button must be selected
- When all information is complete and accurate, click the
button
