How to Create a New User Account

Creating a new user account in Evercloud is a feature available to Customer Admin accounts only and is accomplished by the following steps:

  1. Login to Evercloud at
  2. Navigate to the Options menu
  3. Select the "Management" option
  4. Select "User Management"
  5. Click "Add User"
  6. Enter the following required fields:
    1. Name
    2. Email
    3. Customer
  7. Select which privilege you wish to provide the user in the Privilege menu
  8. Enter a temporary password
  9. Click Add User button in the top right corner
  10. Share the temporary credentials to the new user in secure email using your email client.
